Two sumptuous living rooms greet you on the first story, each exuding its charm. The indoor living space is an ode to elegant aesthetics. In contrast, the outdoor living room provides a fresh, airy lounging experience and opens up to a sprawling terrace and lush garden area.

Our corporate group filled Garbí’s eleven bedrooms. The cliff-side terraces became brainstorming spaces — something about the ocean below clears the mind. Chef handled three meals daily for twenty. The vintage architecture gave the retreat a different energy than another hotel conference room.
Golden wedding anniversary at Garbí. Eleven bedrooms for the extended family. The ocean-facing terrace held the dinner for forty. Chef was outstanding. The property has old-world grandeur — heavy doors, tiled floors, wrought iron. Some bathrooms need updating but the setting is extraordinary.
Garbí is eleven bedrooms of classic Acapulco — bay-front drama, ocean crashing below, architecture from another era. The pool position catches afternoon sun nicely. We explored the coast, ate at old-school seafood restaurants, danced until late. The house has character you can’t build new. Some fixtures show their age but the bones are spectacular.
